Strawberry Popsicles
Five ingredients and happiness in your heart is all you need to make these flavor-packed strawberrylicious summer popsicles!
Servings: 8
- 1 ¾ pounds Strawberries
- 2 cups Water
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Powdered unflavored gelatin I used Knox
To a blender, add the strawberries, water, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend on high until pureed. You can pulse if you prefer strawberry chunks in your popsicles.
In a medium saucepan, combine the puree and bring to a boil over medium heat. Be careful to watch it, as it can easily boil over. Reduce the heat to low and add the gelatin. Stir until dissolved.
Remove mixture from heat and allow to cool slightly. Pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer until frozen.
