Servings: 1 cup
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons Dried lavender buds
- 3/4 teaspoon Vanilla powder
To an 8 ounce wide mouth container with a tight fitting lid or Mason jar – Add the granulated sugar, lavender flowers, and vanilla powder. Stir with a fork to combine lavender flowers and vanilla powder in the sugar. Seal with lid and allow the sugar to infuse for at least 3 days before using. If desired, push the sugar through a strainer to remove lavender buds.
Lavender Vanilla sugar will last about 3 months.
